For the benefit of our customers we accept product returns and refunds to customers. For returns and refunds, please read the following instructions.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

 a.Regulations on time

Time to request a return is not more than 7 days from the date of receiving the product. You will normally receive your item in 3-10 business days for in-stock products. The case is not later than 20 days after placing the order due to delay caused by the shipping service provider. So please contact us if you have not received your product within 15 days of placing your order. The maximum time for us to accept refund requests for products not received is 45 days from the date of purchase. For products ordered with custom requirements of the customer, it usually takes 7 days. -10 days for us to produce the product you require and then we will send it to you. Therefore, the shipping time is calculated from the time we send a confirmation email that the production has been completed and your order is shipped.

b. Regulations on returns and refunds.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
    Product must be new and unused.
  • The product received does not match the product you ordered.
  • For products ordered on request, details that are not in accordance with requirements such as size, style, color … are counted as manufacturing defects and can be returned.

2.4. Via email

We receive customer refund requests via email [email protected]. If sending a refund request via email, please note the following requirements in order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

2.5. Via our store

We accept returns and refund requests at 213 Utah St, San Antonio, TX 78210, United States . Before visiting our store, please contact us by phone or email first to confirm if the product is eligible for a return. We may require identity verification via the email or phone number you provided in your order at prepayment.

3. Shipping

In all cases we need to receive the returned product before we give you a refund. Before making a shipment, please note the following requirements:

You must receive an email confirming the acceptance of your refund request. In the email, we’ll send a return label. You must print this label out and stick it on your order before sending it to us.

We do not accept and are not responsible for the products that customers arbitrarily send to our store. So please be patient and make sure you put a return label on the parcel you send to us. Absolutely do not send the goods until we have received the confirmation email of the return request and the return label sent by us.

Return shipping costs will be paid by us. The customer will not be charged for shipping to return the item.

4. When will I receive my refund.

We will refund you in 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product from you.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
