For our popular product, I need time to pack the product before sending it to you. Particularly for custom-made items, it will take longer than we normally need to produce.
1. Order handling time.
For popular products due to our large volume of orders, we need 1-3 days of preparation before we can ship to you.
For bespoke furniture products, production will take at least 7 days or longer depending on the product and quantity required by the customer. The exact time will be communicated by us when the customer and we confirm the order request.
Our order processing time is at the latest 12:00AM (GMT:-08:00) so orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
2. Transit time
Shipping time for other physical products is approximately 5-10 business days. This time depends on whether your area is near or far from us. Orders will be shipped from 213 Utah St, San Antonio, TX 78210, United States.
Please note this is the estimated shipping time, not the promised shipping time. Since the furniture is a large product, please be patient. We always try to provide the best and fastest service, but it is impossible to rule out unexpected problems in the shipping process that cause unintended delays.
3. shipping delay
We and our shipping partners always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, in some cases the delay may occur due to some unexpected events. So we hope you understand and wait. Our shipping time is 5-10 days, but if there is a delay it can take longer but no more than 25 days.
What should you do if you have not received your order after 25 days? If you have not received your product after 25 days, please contact us for assistance. If your order is lost or has other problems and cannot be delivered to you, we will process your refund.
4. Shipping cost.
US shipping addresses: Shipping for small items is $10 per order. For medium size products, the shipping fee is 20$ per order and 30$ forlarge size. For large products, shipping costs will vary depending on the product. Shipping costs will be specifically informed by us before you pay for the order. The shipping fee we apply is a fixed shipping fee regardless of the shipping address.
